Book an Audio-Visual Editing Suite
AV Suite access is changing; you will now be able to use your UniCard to open the suite door.
- In order to receive UniCard door access you must take the orientation and pass the quiz at https://ucalgary.libwizard.com/f/avsuites_cardaccess.
- Once you have done so you will receive UniCard access to the suites within 1-2 days.
- This will allow you to check yourself in as well as access the suites outside Lab NEXT & Student Navigator hours.
- While your card access is being processed, you can still use the A/V Suites from Monday-Friday 9:30am-4pm and on weekends from 10am-4pm.
- Until your card access starts working you will need to check in with the Navigators at the main floor service desk.
