Open Educational Resources (OER) are housed in many different places\,

search for OER and evaluate their suitability for your course and student
learning needs. We will also highlight services and resources at UCalgary
that support your discovery of OER in your discipline.\n\nBy the end of
this workshop\, learners will be able to:\n\n\n	Describe key aspects of OER
that should be assessed before adoption\n	Identify key search tools and
resources for finding OER\, including openly licensed media\, and ancillary
content\n	Conduct a preliminary search for OER\n\n\nLocation: Online via
Zoom\n\nFacilitators: Sarah Adams and Andrew Waller\n\nRegistration:
Register through the Taylor Institute Course Calendar\n\n\nThis workshop is
a partnership between Libraries and Cultural Resources and the Taylor
 Institute.
