*Online* "How will I do research after I graduate?" How to find scholarly publications without an institutional affiliation In-Person
This session has been moved to Zoom. Details about how to log in will be sent to participants one hour before the event begins.
Without being affiliated with a large institution like a university, it can be very difficult to do research and find scholarly articles you want to read without hitting paywalls. This session will provide tools and strategies for graduating students on what library services are available to alumni, as well as legal ways of accessing articles, such as freely available databases (Google Scholar, Dimensions) and browser extensions (Unpaywall, OA Button).
