Music Production Basics using Logic Pro In-Person
Learn how to record, edit, and export music using library equipment in this hands-on workshop. You’ll be taught the basics of using Logic Pro software, including:
- How to use virtual instruments
- How to connect external instruments or microphones
- What kinds of cables and connections are used with audio gear
- Signal flow in a digital audio workstation
- How to obtain a good signal level
- Basic mixing and editing techniques
- How to create new tracks
- How to bounce or export your final song or audio piece
Appropriate for beginners or for those at any skill level who wish to better familiarize themselves with library production spaces and resources, and gain essential skills for both school and personal projects.
