Basic Survey Building and Distributing Using Qualtrics @HSL In-Person

This brief wayfinding session is specifically targeted to any faculty, student or staff who are new to the UCalgary survey tool (Qualtrics). An overview of the main capabilities of the Qualtrics Research Core along with available training and support will be presented. Special attention will be given to the interlocking steps one must follow when creating a questionnaire, distributing a survey, and reporting the results. This session will not cover advanced survey building features such as skip logic, survey flow settings, or data analysis features. At the end of this session, attendees will be able to identify the purpose of each component of the Research Core, track down where to get help and support, and construct a basic survey that can serve as a template for future use.
