Open Access Week Series: Github for Collaboration In-Person

Github is a popular platform for sharing and collaborating on a wide range of projects. This workshop will introduce you to using Git and Github for version control, collaboration, and sharing your work in the open.  Prior programming knowledge is not required.  Prior to the workshop, please sign up for a free account on github.com if you don't already have one.  You can bring your laptop or use one of the library computers during the workshop.

This workshop is presented jointly by Libraries and Cultural Resources and the Taylor Institute for Teaching and Learning. If you are interested in a workshop on using LaTeX and Github for creating Open Educational Resources, check out their workshop calendar.
