Book an Audio-Visual Editing Suite
AV Suite access procedures:
1) Students must take the orientation and pass the quiz at https://ucalgary.libwizard.com/f/avsuites_access

2) Bring a photo ID and AV quiz result to the Navigator desk at the main floor service desk. Maximum occupancy is 2 people
Maximum occupancy is 2 people
Maximum booking is 2 hrs per day, 4 hours per week
Navigator service hours are:
Mon-Fri: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
