Building online exhibits with Omeka In-Person
Omeka is a simple, free web publishing system built by and for scholars that is widely used by researchers, instructors, historians, archives, museums, and libraries to create searchable online databases and scholarly online interpretations of digital collections. If you have a digital collection of sources that you want to publish online in a scholarly way, you’ll want to consider Omeka.
This introductory workshop will go over the basic features and uses of Omeka, and will feature hands on exercises to get participants familiar with the interface. No previous experience with Omeka is required.
